As an athlete who grew up playing football, basketball, and baseball, I was always motivated with the weightroom. I relied on strength training when rehabilitating a ruptured patella tendon. This was the season of life when I discovered I had a passion for training and wanted to become a coach.
I had the opportunity to coach middle and high schoolers in the academic and private sector while in college. After graduating I accepted a position with the Chinese Olympic Committee and was assigned to the sport of rowing. The Women’s squad went on to win a bronze medal for the 8 boat in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics ('21).
Now I work as Head of Performance for Lexington Sporting Club and oversee strength and conditioning for the men and women professional squads. I’ve coached a number of professional athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and patients at the end stage of injury rehabilitation.
Aside from coaching, I have managed multiple facilities, assisted in opening and building three, and been on the forefront of community outreach in the aspiration to build those facilities.
I am a Christian and member of Southland CC, I have an amazing wife named Alyssa, and beautiful daughter named Ellie. We enjoy traveling, being outdoors, and spending time on our family farm.

While I grew up always playing sports, I have a special bond with Weightlifting.
I have been a competitive weightlifter since 2018 and currently hold 37 KY state records. Joining the weightlifting community has helped me grow more confidence in myself as well as my ability to adapt to changes. I was a competitive Crossfit Athlete from 2017-2022 and competed internationally. Due to injury I retired from competitive crossfit and now spend most of my time on weightlifting.
I have a passion for coaching and helping people become better versions of themselves. I have been coaching since 2020 and I am always learning and growing my education to help people the best that I can.
While I am young, I am family oriented and love hearing and learning about other people!

Sports were always a big part of my life growing up. I played volleyball and basketball throughout high school. During my time as student athlete, I was exposed to the weight room and the strength and conditioning realm. I had a terrific coach who was extremely invested in health and wellness and lived that out by example, which was so inspiring to me as such a young age.
My love for strength training turned into a passion which fueled my curiosity about human performance and how to improve it daily. I got my first PT certification when I was 18 and just starting college. I worked part-time as a CPT all through college and continued my education with a certification in Strength and Conditioning and Corrective Exercise. To this day, I stay curious with each person I get to work with because each person is so different. I love getting to teach people about movement and performance!
